What to Consider before joining a Network Marketing Company?

     Nowadays network marketing business is already popular not only in the Philippines but in the whole wide-world.  It has been known to be one of the businesses out there where members achieved their aspiration of becoming a millionaire in a shorter period of time.  But to tell you the truth, it’s not just easy to become a network marketer although some may consider this as quick rich approach but for some it could be a difficult one.  It depends on the individual, his motivation and approach in achieving his goal.  Sometimes, you may fall in a wrong company if you will not scrutinize properly the company you are joining.  Here are some ways to consider in joining network marketing company:

         Is the Network Marketing Company you are joining legal? Is the company member of Multi-level Marketing International Association (MLMIA), the “Association of Network Marketing Worldwide,” which focuses on the protection, support and promotion of the individual opportunities and entrepreneurial aspect of the Network Marketing Industry? Is the company duly recognized by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a Bureau of Internal Revenue payer? If so, you are in the right Network Marketing company.

          Who is/are the owner/owners of the company? Are the owners visible to the members? Are they really network marketers not businessmen?  Why did I ask that question? Network Marketer and businessman are different.  They have different characteristics.  A network marketer knows how to sustain his members.  He does not only think of himself but his group as well.  He considered the success of his members his success.  A businessman does not consider his members, he only focuses himself how he will achieve success in his business.  He usually moves from one network marketing company to another not considering his group who needs him.  He doesn’t matter how other will see him.

And so, select a company where leaders are network marketers who care for the members not only his own benefits.

       What benefits can you get if you join a company?  Some companies only involve money without any benefit. Please do away with those kinds of company, they are SCAM.  Scammers usually promise you a quick easy rich scheme where you don’t need any effort at all.  You are just asked to pay the membership and promise you richness without doing anything.  Beware of this.  A legitimate company gives you different benefits, like products, 60 to 75 percent or more of their membership payment.  There are other companies offer insurance, scholarship and many more.  Example of this is my company (Aim Global Inc.) where we receive more than 75% of products plus insurance and more. As if when join you already gain something.

     Are there support extended to local members?  Aim Global Company created the so-called “Training Team”.  These are group of leaders who were trained to train members how to do the business.  They usually travel abroad and locally to support the members who need their help.  What more can you ask for in a team?  Aim Global Training Team  were ‘Kumpletos recados” as we say it.  They were trained in their expert field, like for example the Products Presentation was given to doctors and nurses who knew the importance and uses of health products.  Marketing Plan is given to those who are expert in Marketing.  Aim Global members have no question about the support.  If your company has the support then you are in a good company.

     Is your company employ products unique selling proposition?  What is unique selling proposition?  In our company, the President makes it sure that our products will not be available in the market.  For what reason? Imagine if your company’s products are available in the supermarket, drugstore or even mall, do you think customers will buy the product from the distributors or you? I think they will not, because they will prefer to buy in branded stores. So how a distributor attains success if that was the case? This is sometimes one of the reasons why networking company fails.
