High Blood Pressure: How to Avoid

Do you usually go to clinic to check your blood pressure? What is your blood pressure?  Is your blood pressure reads 140  over 90 over a week? If so, you have a high blood pressure.

There are many ways that we can avoid high blood pressure.

1. Exercise regularly.  We sometimes feel lazy to exercise regularly, so we must try to control our laziness for our health sake.  Our body must keep going to avoid hypertension.

2. Eat low salt food.  We have to avoid eating too much of the salty foods. It increases our risk of having hypertension.  Much better if you will be the one to prepare your food because you can limit the amount of salt content.  Avoid eating always in the restaurant, most foods are rich in salt.

3. Avoid alcohol intake. If you are used to drink to much of alcohol, its time to decrease your intake or much better if you will eliminate alcohol in your system.  Too much alcohol can also increase high blood pressure.

4. Drink decaf coffee.  Caffeine from coffee also triggers hypertension. Now if you cannot avoid coffee, just use the decaffeinated coffee.
